Her stomach lay flat on the brown love seat. Her elbows popped up, holding her sculpted brown face while she moved her legs slowly…she was gorgeous and she knew- her light brown hair was in a puff atop her head, her makeup was professionally done by the city’s finest artist; who was as good as ever. She had long lashes, eyes, big and brown and lips, a bright red to match her racy white and red swimsuit; a small thing full of ropes that covered her just enough. The photo shoot was almost over as she changed position on the photographer’s request- this time she sat up, legs bent and knees pressed into her chest and gave her most poised look, one designed to seduce, she heard grunts of approval from the crew. The photographer gave her a thumbs up, took a few more shots of her standing and smiling then he called it a day. It was a good shoot, she told herself, highlighting the events as she strolled to the parking lot, entered her convertible and eased her way out. She ignored the muffled screams coming from the storage compartment of her car.
It was a long and winding drive from the city to the village where she lived but once she got there, it didn’t take long for her to reach her house. She did the herculean task of moving the man from her trunk to a chair in her living room, he kicked and kicked but she still carried him, all the while glad that she didn’t have neighbors…when she removed the blindfold and the sock in his mouth, she saw the distrust and disbelief written on his face as he mouthed her name; almost immediately, he started struggling as he became aware that he was sitting on another body- she could almost guarantee that his blood became cold, fear had gripped this one. “My name is not Imelda, it’s Aduke. I thank you for your life,” she whispered, then plunged her dagger to his heart. She watched his blood flow and even soak the body beneath, then she walked away slowly.
The voice roused her from deep sleep…you left him on me, my Aduke, he croaked, voice husky from misuse and she turned tenderly to the sound- I knew you’d get him of, she explained chuckling, you do look very handsome husband, she added. “A face of a twenty year old definitely suits you”, she said as she rose, “I know but first happy birthday, 108 looks good on you”, he said, he drew her close and kissed her forehead. “Let me cook you something delicious from the meat, then you’d show me your appreciation”, Aduke swooned as she took his hand.
Love and warmth.
